Angus Davis, Founder & CEO
In 1999, Angus co-founded Tellme, which revolutionized speech recognition systems today used by 1 in 3 Americans. In 2007, Microsoft acquired Tellme in its largest-ever acquisition of a private company. Prior, Angus joined Netscape as their youngest employee where he was product manager for the company's leading Web browser.
Angus' favorite "Main Street" is his native Hope Street in seaside Bristol, Rhode Island: an historic street full of local shops that plays host to our country's oldest and most patriotic Fourth of July parade each summer.

Anthony Accardi, Head of Engineering
Anthony was a founding member of the engineering team at Tellme Networks. He was the Chief Architect for Tellme's Voice over IP infrastructure that uses commodity hardware to handle millions of phone calls a day with carrier-grade reliability.
Anthony holds Bachelors, Masters, and Ph.D. degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His published research contributions span multiple disciplines, including speech processing, high availability, and optics.
Anthony lives in Providence but regularly travels to Boston, and is always surrounded by great Swipely merchant members in both cities.

Jonathan DiOrio, Vice President, Business Development
Jonathan held senior roles at Tellme Networks in Business Development, Finance and Sales from shortly after the company's inception to over 350 employees and $100 million in annual revenue through its acquisition by Microsoft in 2007. At Microsoft, Jonathan led Tellme’s business development efforts internationally. Jonathan began his career private equity.
Jonathan holds a BS from Vanderbilt University where he serves on the Alumni Association Board.
He enjoys breaking bread with family and friends at Swipely merchant members in both Providence and Newport, RI.

Bari Harlam, Chief Marketing Officer
Bari lead the development and the launch of the CVS ExtraCare loyalty program with 65+ million active consumers. Bari was also a professor of Marketing at the University of Rhode Island and Columbia University's Graduate School of Business.
Bari holds Bachelors, Masters, and Ph.D. degrees from UPenn’s Wharton School and has published in a variety of journals.
Bari enjoys regular walks to Wayland Square on the East Side of Providence for neighborhood shopping and family meals out. Wayland Square is home to several high quality Swipely merchant members.

Joe Pignato, Chief Financial Officer
Joe was previously the Finance/Operations partner at Charles River Ventures and Prism Ventures and prior to that was CFO of a publicly traded technology firm. Joe started his career in public accounting at Deloitte.
Joe holds a Bachelors degree from Saint Anselm.
Joe is fortunate to reside halfway between Boston and Providence which allows him to visit several high quality Swipely merchant members in both cities. He is especially fond of Rue Bis in Providence, an early Swipely member located around the corner from where Swipely first started.

Matt Oley, VP of Sales
Matt lead the merchant sales team at Seamless, where he oversaw growth in the online ordering network to more than 7,000 local merchant members, earning Seamless recognition by the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 as the fastest growing Internet services company in North America.
Matt holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Delaware and is currently finishing his MBA at NYU's Stern School of Business.
Matt enjoys nights out with friends and family in Hoboken NJ where several of his favorite restaurants have joined Swipely for their upcoming New York City Metro area launch.

Josh Kopelman, First Round Capital
Prior to founding First Round Capital, Josh founded Half.com in 1999, and led it to become one of the largest sellers of used books, movies and music in the world. Half.com was acquired by eBay in 2000, where Josh remained for three years, growing eBay’s Media marketplace to almost half a billion dollars in annual gross merchandise sales.
Danny Rimer, Index Ventures
Danny Rimer joined Index in 2002 and established the firm's London and San Francisco offices. Prior, Danny was a general partner of The Barksdale Group, where he invested in a dozen companies including Tellme. In the 1990s Danny was Managing Director in Hambrecht & Quist's Equity Research Group and was responsible for the firm's Internet practice where he was the underwriting analyst for companies including Amazon, Netscape, and Verisign.
Reid Hoffman, Greylock Partners
Reid Hoffman is a Partner at Greylock, and Co-Founder and Executive Chairman at LinkedIn. An accomplished entrepreneur, executive and angel investor, Hoffman has played an integral part in building many of today's leading consumer technology businesses, including LinkedIn and PayPal.
